About the book

About the Author

Dr. Rajeev Vohra MBBS, MS (Ortho), DNB (Ortho), MNAMS, is a Senior Consultant in the Department of Orthopaedics, Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar, where he runs post graduate course for degree of DNB in Orthopaedics. He was awarded the “Distinguished Teacher Award”, by the National Board of Examinations, India in 2019, for his active involvement in post graduate education and research. He is immediate past President of Indian Foot and Ankle Society, and presently he is executive committee member of APOA Foot and Ankle Council. He received ICRETT Award from UICC to work in bone tumour service of Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham, UK. He did AO Fellowship in orthopaedic trauma from University of Essen, Germany. He was awarded IFAS-UAB fellowship by Indian Foot and Ankle Society to visit Foot and Ankle Surgery Unit at UAB Alabama Medical Centre, USA. He has done numerous visiting fellowships in foot and ankle surgery in USA and Canada.
